I had a great experience at Gen Korean BBQ House! The service was excellent, and everyone was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and everything was well organized. I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back A big plus is the parking garage located in the same building on the 2nd floor, which makes parking very convenient

The premium meat, and many aspects were good. The *banchan* (side dishes) were meager, and none of them were particularly tasty. I placed my order before the restaurant got busy (before 6pm); however, the meat arrived first, and we had finished eating it within 20 minutes before the dipping sauce was finally brought out. While it is acceptable for *banchan* to arrive after the meat is cooked (its fine). But I simply cannot fathom how a Korean BBQ restaurant—where the dipping sauce is the soul of the dish—could serve it last?. We were forced to eat the meat without any sauce until I had to call a staff member over to ask for it. On the bright side, the appetizers —such as the corn cheese, "Double Dragon" (coconut-fried shrimp), and kimchi fried rice were good.

Stopping by this restaurant for dinner and the food was great. We had a good time dining here. The service was good and tentative. Beef bulgogi and Hawaiian steak were our favorite. Fried dumplings was also very good. There is a parking ramp next door and it was free when we parked there on Tuesday night. Overall we enjoyed our dinner.

Modern upgrades I have frequented these places in LA. They have recently upgraded the grill top makes the experience even better. I'm not sure the prime selection is worth the price difference. Overall great experience once again

It was okay ... Service and atmosphere: The staff were friendly and helpful. Fairly attentive as well. Unfortunately, some staff members were speaking too low so we couldn't hear them saying what meats were being delivered. This could have been due to loud music played too. The restaurant was organised. The plastic plates that they served food on were way too used and had brown marks/imprints from being used so much. Food and drinks: Good selection on the menu but the quality in my opinion wasn't there. The thinly sliced meats looked dried up. Other meats were okay. All sides to accompany the meats were on the sweet side (including kimchi). Pricing: $$/$ depends on the type of meat cuts you opt for.
